Connecting Webmail to Devices & Gmail
You can manage your professional email alongside your personal accounts. To start, you will need your Secure SSL/TLS settings found in cPanel > Email Accounts > Check Email > Configure Mail Client.
Standard Secure Settings (Recommended):
- Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your email password
- Incoming Server:
mail.yourdomain.com(Port 993 for IMAP) - Outgoing Server:
mail.yourdomain.com(Port 465 for SMTP)
1. Connect to Gmail (Desktop)
This allows you to send and receive your business emails directly within the Gmail interface.
- Open Gmail and go to Settings (gear icon) > See all settings.
- Click the Accounts and Import tab.
- In the "Check mail from other accounts" section, click Add a mail account.
- Enter your professional email and select Import emails from my other account (POP3).
- Enter your server settings (use Port 995 for POP3) and ensure "Always use a secure connection (SSL)" is checked.
2. Connect to iPhone (iOS)
- Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
- Tap Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, email, and password.
- Select IMAP at the top.
- Enter the Incoming and Outgoing server details provided in the box above.
3. Connect to Android
- Open the Gmail App.
- Tap your profile icon > Add another account.
- Select Other.
- Enter your email address and select Personal (IMAP).
- Enter your password and update the Incoming/Outgoing server names to match your cPanel settings.
