Your SakuraHost Client Area at billing.sakurahost.co.tz is the central command center for managing every aspect of your hosting account. From billing and domain management to support tickets and service configurations, the client area dashboard gives you full control over your SakuraHost services. This guide explains each section in detail so you can navigate with confidence.
Accessing Your Dashboard
To access your client area dashboard:
- Visit billing.sakurahost.co.tz in your web browser.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- If you have two-factor authentication enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app.
- Click "Login" to access your dashboard.

Dashboard Overview
Upon logging in, you are greeted by the main dashboard — a summary view of your entire account. The dashboard is built on the Lagom2 client area theme, which provides a modern, clean interface optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. Top Navigation Bar
The navigation bar at the top of every page provides quick access to the main sections of your client area:
- Home — Returns you to the main dashboard summary.
- Services — Dropdown menu listing your active hosting accounts, servers, and other subscriptions.
- Domains — Manage your registered domain names, DNS settings, transfers, and renewals.
- Billing — View and pay invoices, manage payment methods, and view transaction history.
- Support — Access the knowledge base, open new tickets, and view existing support conversations.
- Account Menu — Your name appears in the top-right corner. Click it to access profile settings, security options, email history, and logout.
Dashboard Widgets
The main dashboard displays several informational widgets:
A quick-glance view of all your active hosting plans and services, showing service name, next due date, and status (Active, Pending, Suspended). Click any service to view its full details and management options.
Displays your most recent invoices with their status — Paid, Unpaid, or Overdue. Unpaid invoices include a direct "Pay Now" button that takes you to the SakuraPay checkout page where you can complete payment via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, TTCL Pesa, or bank transfer.
Lists your registered domains with their expiration dates and status. Domains approaching expiration are highlighted so you can renew them promptly.
Shows your recent and open support tickets with their current status. You can click any ticket to view the conversation or add a reply.
Managing Your Services
Click on Services > My Services in the navigation to see a complete list of all services on your account. Each service entry shows:
- Product/Service Name — The hosting plan or service you purchased.
- Domain — The primary domain associated with the service.
- Pricing — Your recurring billing amount and cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Next Due Date — When your next payment is due.
- Status — Current status of the service.
Clicking on a specific service opens its management page, where you can:
- Access cPanel directly via the "Login to cPanel" button (no separate credentials needed — it uses single sign-on).
- View and change your hosting package or billing cycle.
- View server information including IP address and nameservers.
- Request a cancellation if needed.
- Manage add-on services like additional domains, SSL certificates, or backup solutions.
Billing Section
The Billing area provides complete financial transparency:
My Invoices
View all invoices ever generated on your account. Filter by status (Paid, Unpaid, Cancelled, Refunded) to find specific invoices. Each invoice shows itemized charges with descriptions, dates, and amounts in TZS.
Payment Methods
SakuraHost processes payments through SakuraPay, our integrated payment gateway. When you click "Pay Now" on an invoice, you are directed to a secure checkout page where you choose from available payment options including mobile money and bank transfer.
Quotes and Estimates
If you've requested a custom quote from our sales team, it will appear in this section for your review and acceptance.
Domain Management
Under Domains > My Domains, you can manage all domains registered through SakuraHost:
- Nameserver configuration — Point your domain to SakuraHost servers or custom nameservers. See Connecting Your Domain Name to SakuraHost Hosting for guidance.
- DNS zone management — Add, modify, or delete DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.).
- Domain locking — Enable registrar lock to prevent unauthorized transfers.
- WHOIS privacy — Manage contact information privacy where available.
- Auto-renewal settings — Enable or disable automatic domain renewal.

- Network Status — Check for any ongoing service disruptions or scheduled maintenance.
- Downloads — Access useful files and resources provided by SakuraHost.
