If you cannot sign in to the client area, reset your password with the Forgot Password link, check the email you registered with, and make sure two-factor codes arrive on the right phone.
Overview
The client area is where you pay invoices, manage domains and open tickets. It uses your registered email and a password, and can ask for a verification code.
Why it happens
- The password was forgotten or typed wrongly.
- A different email was used when you registered.
- The verification code goes to a phone number that has changed.
What it means
Your account is not lost. A password reset or a ticket to update your details restores access.
How to fix it
- Open the client area login and choose Forgot Password.
- Enter the email you used to register. Check spam for the reset email.
- Try other email addresses you may have used, because accounts are tied to the registration email.
- If a verification code does not arrive, check your phone number and signal, or contact support from another channel.
- Open a ticket from the contact form or call us if you still cannot sign in.
