You can pay SakuraHost invoices with M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, CRDB SimBanking, Selcom or bank transfer. After you pay, your payment is matched to your invoice and your service is activated within 10 minutes.
Overview
Open the invoice in the client area and choose Pay Now. The payment page shows the instructions for each method, such as the number to pay and the amount.
Why it happens
- Mobile money and bank payments arrive as separate transactions, so each one is matched to an invoice by amount, phone number or reference.
What it means
Paying the exact invoice amount, from the number you used on your account, is the fastest way to get matched. If anything differs, support can match it by hand with your proof of payment.
How to fix it
- Open the invoice and choose Pay Now.
- Pick your payment method and follow the on-screen steps. Pay the exact amount.
- Keep the confirmation SMS or bank slip.
- Wait up to 10 minutes. The invoice changes to Paid and your service is activated.
- If it does not, send the reference and amount: account not active after payment.
