A service with an unpaid invoice past its due date can be suspended until the invoice is paid. Pay as soon as you can, or contact support if you need more time.

Overview

Invoices have a due date. After that date, reminders are sent. If the invoice stays unpaid, the service can be suspended, which stops the website and email until payment.

Why it happens

  • Renewal reminders were missed because the email address was old or went to spam.
  • A payment was made but not matched to the invoice.

What it means

A suspended service is not deleted. Paying the invoice normally brings it back within minutes. The longer a service stays suspended, the higher the risk for the data.

How to fix it

  1. Open the client area, go to Invoices and look for Unpaid or Overdue invoices.
  2. Pay the invoice: payment methods.
  3. If you already paid, send the proof: account not active after payment.
  4. Wait up to 10 minutes for the service to be restored.
  5. If you need time to pay, open a ticket before the due date.
