SakuraHost business email is priced per mailbox per year: Email Starter is TZS 45,900, Email Business is TZS 96,900 and Email Enterprise is TZS 229,500 for each mailbox.
Overview
Each mailbox has its own storage: 5 GB on Starter, 25 GB on Business and 100 GB on Enterprise. The base price covers one mailbox, and each extra mailbox costs the same as the first.
Why it happens
- Per-mailbox pricing means you pay only for the addresses you need.
What it means
Multiply the plan price by the number of mailboxes. Two Starter mailboxes cost TZS 91,800 a year. If your total looks higher than you planned, check the Additional Mailboxes quantity.
How to fix it
- Count the mailboxes you need now, such as info, sales and accounts.
- Pick the plan by storage: 5 GB, 25 GB or 100 GB per mailbox.
- On the order page, the first mailbox is included. Put only the extra mailboxes in Additional Mailboxes.
- Check the total before paying. If it looks wrong, open a ticket with a screenshot.
- Renew yearly before the due date: billing cycle.
